Delivery Schedule and Shipping. All items listed on the site as in stock are generally available for immediate shipment. We strive to ship orders received by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time the same day or, if after that, by the next business day. If, for some reason, we cannot meet this schedule, you will be notified by E-Mail and will be able to cancel your order without penalty. Note that all orders will have a charge for shipping and handling. To see the amount of this charge prior to making payment, hit the "Apply" button after selecting your shipping option.
Returns. Your satisfaction is our ultimate priority, and while returns and exchanges are accepted, we do have the following requirements: Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. All clothing and merchandise must not have been worn, washed, or damaged to be eligible for store credit. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return or exchange any items. Carefully read the following instructions to make any returns or exchanges go as seamlessly as possible: FIRST CONTACT ROCK.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT STORE@ROCK.COM WITH A SHORT EXPLANATION OF WHY YOU WANT TO RETURN THE ITEM. You will then be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping address. You must include the RMA number along with a copy of your packing slip. Upon receiving your items, we will notify you through email and give you a store credit in the amount of your original purchase. Instances of manufacturing defects will also be eligible for a full refund on your credit card. NOTE THAT ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE INELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR CREDIT.
Cancellations. All orders are final. Once an order has been processed, a customer may not cancel or receive any reimbursement or refund with respect to that order.
Inaccuracies and Quantities. From time to time there may be information on the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, product images, and availability. Rock.com reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We also reserve the right to limit quantities you may order (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Limitations. This Section states Rock.comís sole responsibility, and your sole and exclusive remedies, with respect all orders and purchases through the Service. The risk of loss and title to items purchased from Rock.com pass to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier. Except as expressly provided below, Rock.com shall have no liability or obligation in connection with contract or order for merchandise through the Service, including, without limitation, any liability of obligation for: (a) any late delivery, mis-delivery, non-delivery, loss or destruction of merchandise; (b) any defects in merchandise or any misrepresentation by a Service Provider regarding the nature or quality of merchandise; or (c) any billing errors or inaccuracies or any loss or misuse of personal or financial information by a Service Provider. Without limiting the scope of any other applicable disclaimer set forth in the TOS, Rock.com does not warrant or guarantee any merchandise purchased through the Service in any way and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, representations or guarantees made by any Service Providers in connection with any such merchandise.
