CAMP KILL YOURSELF - STICKER

About CKY

Camp Kill Yourself formed in West Chester, Pennsylvania in 1998, due in part to the strong friendship of band members Deron Miller and Jess Margera (younger brother to MTV alum Bam Margera).

Featured prominently in the Jackass television series, CKY quickly gained notoriety among members of the skating culture, which eventually led to a record contract with Volcom.

The Alternative Metal ensemble stirred up some controversy with the release of their debut album Volume 1, after record executives forced the removal of a cover image depicting infamous State Treasurer Budd Dwyer (who committed suicide on live television) and ordered that the band refer to themselves by their less offensive acronym.
