MEN'S T-SHIRT - SKULL SHIELD
About Black Label Society
From his flowing mane to matching leather gauntlets, Zakk Wylde is the prototypical Heavy Metal frontman and was likely raised in the wrong historical era.
Born in Bayonne, New Jersey on January 14, 1967, a Spartan-like Wylde devoted his life to playing the guitar, often practicing from the break of dawn till day’s end.
In 1987 a then 19-year-old Wylde sent a demo tape to Ozzy Osbourne, who in turn hired him to fill the lead guitarist position previously occupied by the legendary Randy Rhoads.
Looking to pave his own path, Wylde eventually formed Black Label Society in 1998 and since then has gone on to release several Billboard charting hits in “Suicide Messiah”, “Concrete Jungle”, and the beloved “Stillborn”, which prominently features his former employer (Ozzy) on backing vocals.
Influenced by: Black Sabbath, Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen, and Jimi Hendrix
